1. The people who suffered a brutal loss are mostly the same people who put GWB in office who was one of the worst borrower and spenders we have ever had. Talk about generational mortgage!

2. These people are merely whining about what they have to pay.

It is rather amusing to see so many on the left whining and crying about these tea parties. Apparently people like Jarod feel that only the left is allowed to protest.

Protesting wasteful spending and over taxation is not whining Alice. You may not agree with their position, but they are without question entitled to voice their dissent.

What I find amazing is the people who protested about wiretapping now ignore it, as the government strengthens and continues to do it thus putting lie to what they were protesting about.

but see, now it's totally different. Where before, the government was doing it to prevent 'man caused disasters', now they are using them to track down right wing and conservative ideologue groups for political retribution. so it's all good to them now. It shouldn't be much longer and they'll be demanding that Pelosi and Obama pass Patriot 2.

Again, they aren't whining about what they have to pay, they are protesting against what their grandchildren will have to pay in order to pay the generational mortgage for the policy used by the current government to maintain power.

You will see whatever you want to see, because that is "Jarod", but in reality you simply do not listen because you want it to mean what you want and no explanation can possibly overcome your preconceptions.

bush doesn't hold a candle to obama's spending moron....and when bush started the massive bailout spending, people got pissed. ever stop to think that time is a factor, bush and republicans got booted...people started becoming more upset and now with the latest round of trillion dollar spending that was the straw that broke the camel's back.
