Please reread your own post when your head clears, ma'm.
Maybe you should stop sloppily rushing through posts because nothing I said there is inconsistent with what I've said before.
You didn't even know that local levy boards are responsible for the levies until I told you that.
You stupidly blamed the mayor and governor for it, but the fact is that you didn't even know who was responsible for what in LA.
You're just being an extremist by polarizing bOtHsIdEs because lazy binary thinking is the best we can hope for from you. Then you stretch and exaggerate the failures of the levies in LA to something else when, had the levies been maintained according to the recommendations of the ACoE, NO probably wouldn't have flooded...
...just like had Bush followed the recommendations of Clinton's transition team, Richard Clarke, and the August PDB from our IC, 9/11 probably wouldn't have happened...
...just like had Texas followed the recommendations for their power grid and systems, the current blackout and disaster probably wouldn't have happened...
...just like had Conservatives followed the recommendations for COVID, the current pandemic probably wouldn't have happened...
So in every case, the failure is leadership, not technology.
