FWIW, Texas judges and LEOs don't take kindly to people like you constantly attacking real vets like EE and myself. No doubt a search on all your forums will show your pattern of both misogyny and attacking veterans of the United States military. You can't delete them all and, here's the best part, once served, if you have a mod delete them than that's obstruction. Much, much better charge than libel.
Here's something to consider, J. Back during the early days of computers when paychecks were digitized, companies started rounding off paychecks to whole pennies. Of course they didn't use standard rounding rules, they simply banked the extra.
This turned into hundreds of thousands of dollars being illegally robbed from employees. Nobody gives a shit about a few pennies, but when thousands of employees start bitching to the law about a robby of hundreds of thousands of dollars then
a lot of people start caring.
Here's the part that might interest you: Calling people names and making false accusations is standard on an anonymous forums. It crosses into libel when you attach a name to those false accusations. Even if I can't win the case, just dragging you to Texas and putting your entire life story into court records (public information!) would be worth 5-10K to me,
but it won't cost me that much. Maybe a couple grand.
Better is if you end up getting the mental health care you so desperately need.
BTW, you could just not show giving me a win by default. At that point, I'd up the charges and go after any financial assets you have to cover my expenses. Uncle Sam usually keeps meticulous records on individual income and assets.
