Well according to the WSJ there were about 400,000 crossings in 2020 and the BP has about 3500 minors in custody that my dear is a long long long way from being even close to the majority.
It is one thing to welcome refugees but quite a different matter when people break our laws and come here illegally. To put it in perspective. You invite 2 couples to stay with you in your home till they can find a place to live. Then all of a sudden 5 more couples move in against your wishes would you say welcome or would you take steps to have them removed? Your compassion is to be admired but it lacks common sense. We don't have the resources to take in millions upon millions of people.

Hector Garza, the President of National Border Patrol Council Local 2455 in Laredo, says bungler Biden's catch and release policies have resulted in illegal aliens skirting TSA's ID requirements to invade the country on airline flights.
Illegal aliens are utilizing Notice to Appear forms as ID, something that could easily be produced or manipulated on any computer.
"The Notice to Appear form has no photo, anyone can make one and manipulate one. They do not have any security features, no watermark, nothing. They are simply printed on standard copy paper based on the information the illegal alien says is the truth," Garza said.
Under TSA requirements, any adult over the age of 18 or over must have a valid form of identification.
"The fact that TSA is accepting the I-862 (Notice to Appear) as a form of identification and allowing illegal aliens to travel commercially shows just how little regard the Biden administration has for our immigration laws and domestic flights," the union president stated.
