well lets see.....the two relevant counties were 80% red and the judges refused to take action after the state SC said the order that Marlene ignored was unconstitutional.........but a judge from a county that was 80% blue was eager to issue the warrant......

They are two distinct things: the government derives its authority from the consent of the governed. Rights are granted by the Creator and are inalienable.

Those inalienable rights extend all the way to overthrowing/rebelling against a tyrannical government. The woman in Michigan was acting well within her rights.
