9th Circuit Court has ruled that there is no right to carry, openly or concealed

You fail to answer why you intersect with liberals in diminishing government power in the area of administering justice for victims of crimes, which you claim is the only legitimate function of government.

And why you support liberals' century long judicial activism to bring it about, while at the same time insisting only "pathetic Americans" rely on judicial review.

You're all over the place.

the one thing that liberals got right about their 'judicial activism' was imposing more limits on government power. IMO, they haven't gone far enough in punishing those government agents who violate the rights of the people.
I know one area where you certainly disagree with the framers was their intention to protect innocence, even at the cost of letting guilty go free............
supporting more freedom over government power is not all over the place.

It is more important that innocence be protected than it is that guilt be punished, for guilt and crimes are so frequent in this world that they cannot all be punished. But if innocence itself is brought to the bar and condemned, perhaps to die, then the citizen will say, whether I do good or whether I do evil is immaterial, for innocence itself is no protection, and if such an idea as that were to take hold in the mind of the citizen that would be the end of security whatsoever.

John Adams

I don't disagree with the framers about single thing. You do. They literally watched law enforcement practice for decades and uttered nary a peep.

It took over a century for you liberals to start discovering rights the framers never mentioned.

Why would you assume your fellow liberals are correct in one area and wrong in every other? I would assume their agenda of 100% destruction includes making the American people less safe.

Finally, do you consider yourself a "pathetic American" for relying upon judicial review, which you yourself said is unconstitutional?

the government was not made the exclusive or final judge of the extent of the powers delegated to itself. - thomas jefferson

Good ol’ Tom. The same guy who wrote “all men are created equal”, while at the same time fucking one of his slave women.

Next, dumbfuck?

Yes the most liberal court in the land lol.

Amendments were designed by the founders

They designed a system in which Americans in the future could add amendments

Do you agree?

When I went to school I think we covered that in the 3rd or 4th grade.

A silly question to interject into an adult conversation.

Let me clarify for your busted ass brain

The founders intended for the American citizen to have the ability to secure their rights through the ability to amend the constitution

You for some fucking idiot reason want to pretend the founders did not do that

I blame your lack of brain cells

Yes the founders intended liberal Americans to be able to secure their rights through voting and in so doing being able to create a needed Amendment

Yet you assed faced idiot right wing dupes always forget the founders true intent

Let’s remember the USA courts CONTAIN MOUNTAINS OF PROOF that the rights cheats its ass off in elections

The founders did NOT PUT THAT IN THE CONSTITUTION

yet you evil fucks keep doing it because you cant win the peoples approval

So shut the fuck up about the founders intentions

You are the very evil they were fighting shit brick

that 'well-regulated militia part fucks up the billies every time

What always trips up the libtards is a total ignorance of the Bill of Rights, which is essentially a laundry list of restrictions on government power, from beginning to end.

To somehow believe in the midst of such a list is a statement affirming that the new government has the right to have a military is ridiculous, because it would be both misplaced and unnecessary.

Where has the right of a sovereign nation to have its own military ever been questioned?

Why sandwich a single government power in the midst of a lengthy list of restrictions on government power?
