Trump was the person who first call for a travel ban, identified the virus origin in China. Came up with the idea warp speed, paved the way to take restriction off the way we get FDA approval. Signed contracts with multiple companies for 850,000 doses, got approvals and had vaccine ready for America by December and had a mass distribution in place!

The former president released a fact-challenged statement criticizing the former advisers after they criticized his administration’s pandemic response.

Former President Donald Trump on Monday attacked Anthony Fauci and Deborah Birx, his administration’s top coronavirus advisers, in a highly personal — and at times inaccurate — statement released after the two criticized the administration for its response to the pandemic.

“Based on their interviews, I felt it was time to speak up about Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx, two self-promoters trying to reinvent history to cover for their bad instincts and faulty recommendations, which I fortunately almost always overturned,” Trump said. “They had bad policy decisions that would have left our country open to China and others, closed to reopening our economy, and years away from an approved vaccine — putting millions of lives at risk.”

Trump’s statement amounted to a point-by-point rebuttal of comments from Fauci and Birx in a CNN documentary that aired Sunday, which featured former Trump health officials, some of whom were critical of the former president.

yes to both, my sister is recuperating here from her liver transplant -her immune system is still compromised.
Mom is 87. They both are high risk..

I have been swimming daily for oveer 2 years now, dropped about 30 pounds of flab, and replace it with muscle.
I'm a beast. tip top shape - my energy is off the charts..now I'm going to try yoga. A Chinese acrobat I know has been bugging me to do it -says ill get terrific balance and sinewy muscle coordination

Trump gets credit for the half-measured mechanisms, but at what point do you figure out he’s not a doctor and has ZERO medical expertise?

our medical establishment is ossified. they all slammed hydroxychloroquine - but it's been proven to work when given early with ZPAK and zinc/D3.

The Lancett study had to be retracted - others like the VA indiscriminately mixed up old and cardiac at risk patients
with young and early infected.


Fauci is ossified thinker,.they have no imagination. If it's not in New England Journal of Medicine -
it doesnt exist for these clowns

I am truly and sincerely happy about all that, but how would you feel if you had lost a loved one to Covid knowing that all that could and should have been done was not? BIRX is VERY CLEARLY saying that lives were lost needlessly. Hundreds of thousands of precious lives gone needlessly. Put away your political hat and try to internalize how you would feel listening to that.

Dude Governors like Cuomo killed tens of thousands with the shitty decisions medical commissioners killed thousands with their bad decisions, state judges killed thousands with there bad rulings. Dr. Brix could have been talking about any of them.

Cuomo NY, Whitmer Mich, Wolf Penn, Murphy NJ all required nursing homes to take COVID patients. Those state ALL had terrible death rates in their nursing homes. Those are ALL Democrat Governors. . Maybe Dr. Brix was talking about them.

You demonstrate why doctors and expert medical and scientific opinion are required and is FAR superior to opinions of a failed celebrity businessman. Have you seen the risk factors for that? How many doctors are actually prescribing that over vaccines? It’s still not approved to treat the virus and how would you give it to seniors with its potential to severely damage bones?

Americans have the highest rates of transmissions because we’ve been led to believe we know more than doctors and scientist and its why we are seeing a resurgence.

Trump might have been called a dictator but he had no dictatorial powers. Executive authority is limited [in theory, given the current dictator occupant of the WH] so Trump was literally powerless to affect any meaningful change in the total death count. Oh he affected the total deaths by providing ventilators to states that needed them and by building almost 3000 hospital beds in NYC and 1500 in NO and staffing those hospitals he also sent a 1000 bed hospital ship to NYC and another one to LA. He had companies manufacture PPE and distributed those PPE to hospitals and he spearheaded Operation Warp Speed and got us multiple vaccines in less than one year. These people are just morons who want to blame Trump for what is really Democrat failures.
