HAHAHA. Case against Chauvin so weak prosecutor brings in George Floyd daughter

Obama tweeted that for millions of black Americans, being treated differently by the criminal justice system on account of race is “tragically, painfully, maddeningly ‘normal.’ ”

Hmmmm. The disparity between investigations of Democrats and Republicans by the federal government dwarfs anything Oboober complained of.

If Donald Trump Jr. had done 1% of what Hunter Biden routinely skates on.....

oh, provide a list of what Biden has done. This is righty talk based on far right sites. Read something fairer and you will not embarrass yourself with such crap.

Just FYI. If I kill somebody, it doesn't make it less murdery if they robbed somebody over a decade ago. If I stand on your neck until you die, it doesn't make it less my fault if you also took drugs beforehand.

Seriously, his past crime has nothing to do with what that cop did with great joy and clear intent to "prove" he was "in charge" like pretty much any serial killer....

I am usually on the side of, "Man we should wait for information." but I saw that video and the delight in the man's eye as the other begged for air and folks around asked him to show mercy on the handcuffed and non threatening man on the ground.

Problem is that the ME says that isn't what killed him, your impression of "delight in the man's eye" notwithstanding.

He will doubtless be convicted, just as Alfred Dreyfus was, and with the same legal justification, IMO.

you are correct he is a murderer and dirty cop, but had he killed a trump supporter you would be cheering him, scumbag.

It's impossible to know who the Trump supporters even are because they're too afraid to wear their dumb red hats in public when not in the safety of a group.

Credit where credit's due...you're 100% right here.

Doesn't really matter because the actions of Chauvin are what prompted the cardiac event.

We all saw him standing upright in the video before he was dragged down and choked out.

Comparing Chauvin, a racist murderer, to Alfred Dreyfus, a state-lynched Jewish person, is exactly what I would expect from a "very fine person".

The Washington Post has video from a restaurant pointed at the street that captured George Floyd's first interactions with the police. In it, you can see two police officers. One talks to Floyd for over two minutes before he tries to remove him from the vehicle. Floyd then briefly struggles with both officers and appears to nearly collapse at 03:14- 03:17. As an officer walks Floyd, who is handcuffed behind his back, over to the wall, Floyd's gait is uneven. He is talking to the officer, and they appear to continue the dialogue as the officer assists Floyd in sitting down against the wall. The officer even makes some notes in his notepad. The officer lifts Floyd back to his feet by pulling up on his arms, which causes Floyd to grimace and turn his face toward the officer. His gait is again lurching and uneven as the two officers walk him across the road to their patrol vehicle. When they reach it, he falls to the ground for a moment. The fact that Floyd appears to be talking to the officer and the officer is taking notes suggests that Floyd is engaging in dialogue. The gait disturbance suggests that Floyd may have been under the influence of alcohol or some other drug that could affect his balance. The district attorney's charging documents in the case stated, "The autopsy revealed no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation," and that "Floyd had underlying health conditions including coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease. https://www.washingtonpost.com/video/national/security-footage-shows-events-leading-up-to-handcuffing-of-black-man-in-minneapolis/2020/05/26/b93ac60c-cdd4-4bfe-8ea9-601b2cdf030f_video.html?fbclid=IwAR3Y08rdIP4QISryL7e7R5GGrcJrg80mf36XmcmlGwVYAl-jatP2Lrpw8co

You forgot he held a gun to her pregnant stomach, real class act that thug is!

One has nothing to do with the other. Floyd was incapacitated after allegedly committing a nonviolent, petty crime. The pregnant woman is not a circumstance in his murder.

Of course you're posting without knowing the facts.

Your own source: "Baker's preliminary report had sparked anger after it found "no physical findings" to "support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation". The report had also suggested Floyd's had underlying conditions which contributed to his death.

Go back and reread.

You quoted the author of the source. I quoted the actual coroner's report.

The county coroner's report said that Floyd's death had been caused by the "combined effects of Mr Floyd's being restrained by police, underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants in his system".
