Doctor who tried to save Floyd testifies to cause of death

Folks that have already convicted the jury of cowardice and the courts of politics have a hard time understanding that fentanyl can cause hypoxia and that somebody compressing the chest and bronchial area can exacerbate the hypoxia and that this action can cause cardiac arrest.

So, they pretend that it is in a vacuum. That fentanyl did it by itself must be the cause because some book says it is okay to use this hold to subdue a suspect and therefore, once the suspect is subdued they can just keep using the hold that is only approved for subduing, not for holding, a suspect and it could not possibly cause any negative effect on somebody that may be having trouble breathing.

This makes it so they can assume the cop was innocent regardless of the information provided.

Look at the brains on Damo! Not holding the party line for once!

Let me know when they pull the switch on Chauvin.
This is the most boring televised trial ever.

Fucking Middle American lawyers. Just as bland as Middle America itself. Like watching the proverbial paint dry. Like eating Wonder bread.
The F. Lee Baileys and Johnny Cochranes don't come from fly-over country. They come from the great coastal cultural centers.
Coastal Elites rule!
Trials are generally boring, they are rarely as depicted on TV, but I must say, Nelson is really awful at his job. When jurists are nodding off during your cross, it’s not a good sign. He is very repetitive.

You’re right, saying he was on drugs and already having difficulty breathing is not a good look for Chauvin who should have aided Floyd, instead of causing further distress by having the two officers and himself kneel on Floyd, thus causing his death.

So we have gone from murder to failure to render aid while a hostile crowd screamed obscenities at them

If you abuse a person who is compromised by drug abuse and he dies because of it,
they still have to put you in a cage for a long time out.

Chauvin is an idiot for not killing himself.
They have some big, angry black people in Oak Park Heights.

Arresting someone is not abuse

So if 6 foot 5 240 pound man is on Bath Salts etc running naked. And cops tackle him fight with him hog tie him etc etc....he has heart attack and dies... The cops abused him and killed him?

It sure looks that way, especially once you leave the city.

Its not against the law to have a manchette or run and scream with one

So if someone is running around with a manchette and screaming. He rounds a corner and 8 cops jump on him slam him to the ground and wrestle with him for 5 mins. He is high on drugs and has a heart attack...the cops abused and killed him?

Depends on what he's wearing I would think.

No, it’s still homicide, and the crowd was concerned for Floyd and aggravated by his lack of giving aide to George Floyd. Thoa was controlling the crowd. The only one who moved towards Floyd was the EMT. All of the crowd was unarmed and a good portion of them under 18. Chauvin’s posture was not one of a cop concerned about a crowd, otherwise, the other two cops could have left kneeling on Floyd and assisted Thoa in crowd control.

.

"Dr. Bradford Wankhede Langenfeld, the emergency room doctor who attended to George Floyd and later pronounced him dead, testified that hypoxia via asphyxiation was his leading theory as to what caused the cardiac arrest that killed Floyd."

Hmmm ...

Now, each and every ER doctor is qualified to give their "theories" about cause of death independent of any lab work ...

wow
