What's in your wallet???:)

The biggest problem is the way people use their credit cards.

Why is it the credit card company's fault when people buy things they don't need with money they don't have?

This is like the mortgage crisis that is blamed on the banks for loaning money to people to buy houses they couldn't afford.

LOL Like people don't have a choice about credit cards. What kind of pansy would buy more than they can afford?

Jesus, you simpletons are too stupid to even tackle the real issue with credit card companies which has nothing to do with them giving away money to people who spend too much of it. THAT'S NOT THE ISSUE retards.

Apparently the majority of Americans.
And yes it is their own fault.

I can only remember once that I paid more than one month's worth of interest, and that killed me. There have been very few times that I didn't pay the entire bill every month. The card companies have paid me much, much more than I've ever paid them.

Same here, but apparently we are not in the majority as far as stupid spending goes.

I'm all for the card companies making huge profits off these fools. They'll be more inclined to give me more cash back. Shit I've paid my water bill with a card to rack up points. In fact I just paid for a heat pump on a 2 percenter.

Profiteering off of fools is morally repugnant to me.

although I did make some nice money off of the "market" in the past.
It is impossible to aviod all the fools, but not nice to single them out .

You'd think Southern Man would be more leery of encouraging companies to take advantage of stupid people like himself and his idiot grandmother who couldn't save for retirement.

The oldsters should have gone to college.
They can always work at wal mart, or housecleaning.

with an education everyone can have an above average income :D

I owe my credit card company hell of money but I wouldn't call it being a pansy. I made decisions of my own accord that I now regret but am forced to pay extra for. I got myself into this mess, its my own doing.

Yes Friday night date buddies WM and Ib1 the issue is credit cards adding on additional fees to people like myself. See its only stupid Republicans who spend more than they have so you have no problem with me getting my just deserts.

That's not the problem. It's the predatory interest rates and finance charges and the fact that they keep giving credit to high risk individuals and increasing interest rates and penalties. Sure their predating on fools but that doesn't change the fact that they are predators.

We've all seen how what happened when regulations regarding investment banking weren't enforced. It's time to regulate credit card companies to prevent these predatory practice on their behalf.

Actually, my granny was a very smart gal. She worked every day through the depression, purchased real estate back then, spent frugally, invested wisely, and retired rather grandly. Thus I caught you in another lie about my family. :)

No worries, industry will regulate itself. ;)

As I said, I have no problem with cash going from your pocket into some credit company, especially when a bit of it ends up in my pocket. :)

So you believe if I have bad credit I shouldn't be able to get a credit card? With all due respect who made you my financial advisor?
