People have a First Amendment right to express their beliefs without being persecuted or prosecuted for it.

By the same token, nobody has the right of access to somebody else's forum.

Let's be clear einstein. The first amendment prevents govt prosecution and persecution for expressing ones opinion. It's also a consistent conservative position that a business of any type should be free to decide who they do business with and who they won't. That's true of a forum or a bake shop. If nothing I'm consistent. Your railing is irrelevant.
