Sotomayor is a graduate from Princeton University, where her legal theses included Race in the American Classroom, and Undying Injustice: American "Exceptionalism" and Permanent Bigotry, and Deadly Obsession: American Gun Culture. In this text, the student Sotomayor explained that the Second Amendment to the Constitution did not actually afford individual citizens the right to bear arms, but only duly conferred organizations, like the military. 200+ years of precedent mean nothing to an extremist....
 
her thesis done two decades ago is worthless now, considering that the court she's been selected for has said it is indeed an individual right. not a surprising revelation either, considering most college educated individuals think that guns only belong in the hands of police and military.

You know, I think the woman is very moderate, way too centrist for a liberal president to be appointing, considering that only a real mope could try and deny that Bush has loaded the court with right wing radicals, and that is what republicans have been doing.

But things like this make me have this tiny little hope that she is some fucking radical who has been holding back and showing no signs of this radicalism in her legal opinions, so that she could become a stealth left wing fringe vote on the Supreme Court. I guess it's possible because a black guy appointed her, and she's Hispanic. Between the two of them those people are known to be sneaky and always pulling fast ones. I would only laugh my ass off if this were true.
