OK, hypothetically, we get a whole bunch of alt right meal team six/gravy seals into China to track down the source of Covid-19. I know that would not be possible, but let us pretend it is for argument sake. They are shooting their guns in the air, shooting their guns at random Chinese people, or shooting their guns at whatever... Then what?

I cannot do gene sequencing, but I have looked over the code for gene matching. I will not say it is beyond me, but it certainly is well beyond my training. Do you really think a bunch of proud boys who barely got through high school will be able to do gene sequencing, gene matching, or gene tracking?

Even if you can teach the alt right to use microscopes, not too difficult, viruses are so small that microscopes, and visual light are useless with them.

The fact is that we need people like Fauci. The experts are the only people who can track this. The alt right is useless.

No, we don't need "people like Fauci." He couldn't do that research and it's likely he wouldn't even know if it's being done correctly. The guy's a bureaucrat and politician posing as a doctor. The experts on this are people like that Chinese doctor who was doing research at the Wuhan lab and who fled China and whistle blew on what was happening there. Fauci would have ignored the whole thing--as he did until it became un-ignorable--because the fuck-stick was eyeballs deep in funding the friggin' research to begin with!

So, while armchair commandos would be of little use here, they'd still be better than government bureaucrats and flunkies with a vested interest in covering things up at getting to the bottom of where Chinese Disease came from exactly.
 
I am listening to experts claim that scientists will figure this out eventually. I would like to know why I should believe this. If as it has been claimed the Communist Party destroyed all evidence that they could find on what the lab was doing with the virus from Mojiang Mine, and given that the Chinese who were doing it know that they, their families, and their friends will get hammered if they talk, how are we so sure that we will ever know what happened?

Nobody has been able to supply a satisfactory answer.

I would assume zero. Microscopes are useless when it comes to viruses. Viruses are so small that light cannot be used to see them. It all goes back to Heisenberg Uncertainty.
