Sort of....Cosby helped the women who were willing to play his erotic games....and getting his help is why a lot of the women were willing to have sex with him but he was not completely honest about the full extent of the games he was looking for....which left a bitter taste in some womens mouths . Cosby had spent a lot of time figuring out where the line was between sexual assault and erotic games, and he does not think he crossed it, and he is not now or apparently ever willing to claim that he did.

Drugs and sex go together like pancakes and maple syrup. It is the consent that matters, and Cosby spent a lot of time deciding what was required for proper consent, and he is sure that he did it. Hef was more vigilant about making sure that women knew exactly what they were taking and exactly what he wanted...he could not get off unless they did....His pal Cosby however preferred to leave things more organic and suggestive.
Cosby was a positive role model for young men for decades. The way he's been done is bad.
So he liked the Q drugs back in the day, a lot of people did.
That was before my time, but I don't think it's right to judge them so harshly.
