Family of Ashli Babbitt sues to get name of cop who killed their daughter on Jan 6

Forget. Anytown USA where black people are routinely shot by cops. The case was addressed about two weeks ago when the grand jury refused to find cause for a trial.

So this has nothing to do with this particular thread. Nothing to do with 1/6.

He did watch one video. He even gave me a link to it. Apparently he missed the part where the cops left the doors.
And then some. It's clear from the video inside the chamber that there was very little between the mob and our legislators.

Why are you showing the Boston Bomber?

The guy in the suit who was the first to assist Ashli was a Capitol Police officer. He was right next to her when she got shot.

Yes he was right next to her. Then when the stormtroopers arrived, all three of them left. Time mark 1:56 in the video you linked.

It is quite clear that LEO that shot Ashli did not give warning. At all. And showed restraint? Have you seen the videos? They were like the keystone cops.

Hence the need for a full investigation. Not this piece meal crap to hide facts and save face.

At the time, I questioned why they didn't mow down a few hundred of the criminals as well. They did show restraint, and probably made the right decision. I'm sure there were quite a few weapons in that crowd, and it could have escalated.

If the Insurrectionists came armed with guns, it would have been a blood bath and hundreds of the Qless would be lying dead on the Capitol steps.

Agreed on restraint.
