List of voter requirements in my dictatorship:
1) IQ or standardized test scores must be average or above.
2) You must be able to pass a basic logic test when registering for voting.
3) If you think the earth is 6,000 years old or man was created in his present form, you are to be summarily executed by the old woman that checks you in when you go to vote.

Here's a better idea...
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men (passing a test or not) are created equal, and endowed by our Creator (whether you believe it or not) with certain inalienable rights... including the right to vote in a democracy.
....Or we could allow the 90% of America who believes in a God to exterminate godless heathens and Atheists, so we don't have to listen to your bile anymore?

Yeah, not so much. You clearly are not my equal and you certainly shouldn't be allowed to vote. My guess is you have a felony conviction of some kind and you can't anyway.

The type of logic test would be something akin to this:
Is the statement, "The earth is 6000 years old or younger," a statement of testable fact or just opinion?
If you fail this question, you forfeit your right to vote.
