The Republicans are against a compiled Congressional report from all agencies. That won't stop it since the DOJ is required to investigate particular crimes, but the reports will be agency specific and all findings will not be released unless criminal charges are filed.

In short, the Republicans are actively against investigating Trump or the Insurrection.
