America's Shame: The Destruction of Afghanistan

So the fact we are still there is a bipartisan thing. Or blame it on the uni-party.

An aside, when you abbreviate something in a way which few would recognize what it means, you risk confusion for your idea.

WB can mean many possible words, but the one I think of is Warner Brothers films and TV.

"Coup has started. First of many steps. Impeachment will follow WB attorney Mark Zaid, January 2017"

And I guess he isn't a film studio attorney.

WB is whistleblower.

Ukraine Whistle Blower’s lawyer calling for a coup in 2017 Tweet. Mark Zaid. He said impeachment would follow ultimately, and what do ya know, he ends up representing the Ukraine WB. I leave it up to remind lefties that they started the coup business.

They were out to nullify the 2016 election starting on Inauguration Day 2017.

The message is fine. But spelling out "whistle blower" would make it more effective and less confusing, imo.

No offense intended.
Do as you wish.

With peace talks in Qatar stuttering, and roughly a quarter of the country's districts having fallen to the Taliban
in recent weeks many are concerned that chaos looms.

Malek Mir, a mechanic in Bagram who saw the Soviet Army and then the Americans come and go, said he was left
with a deep sense of sadness at the futility of a foreign presence.

"They came with bombing the Taliban and got rid of their regime - but now they have left when the Taliban
are so empowered that they will take over any time soon," he said.

"What was the point of all the destruction, killing and misery they brought us? I wish they had never come."

Yea, whatever...

If we'd fought there like the Mongols or Alexander the Great did we'd have a whole country with no population in it to deport all our illegal aliens to...

We should have dropped a nuclear bomb and killed every Afghan.

No, just done it the old fashioned way... Transport! We empty our prisons and jails and send them there with guns. Tell them they can do whatever the hell they want, just leave the US military alone. The military chimes in doing daily target practice on anyone that pisses them off.
In between you knock down every mud hut in sight, shoot all the livestock and dump them down the local well, burn the crops, and salt the soil.

After all, a "nation," using that term very loosely, that's now populated with people that know what indoor plumbing, air conditioning, and McDonald's are will be far more conducive to a reasonable "foreign" policy than a bunch of people who still wipe with one hand and are stuck in the 12th century...
