Hello T. A. Gardner,
Okay. How does that prove in any way, shape, or form that that Trump knew there was going to be a riot? The President is heavily guarded all of the time. The Secret Service makes decisions on a President's safety. The most likely explanation is they got news there was a riot going on at the Capitol and like the previous riot near the White House shuffled Trump off to a safe location. That's far, far more possible and rational than Trump hiding somewhere because he knows his supporters are storming the Capitol and short will reinstall him for another term or some other version of delusional nonsense that a three hour riot was actually an "insurrection."
Good luck with that view.
To answer your question straight up, it literally
proves nothing.
But, like so many things that are certainly so, and have mountains of evidence supporting them, and are very widely accepted but are not technically
proven, this is yet another very strong indicator of something most people except Trump supporters can clearly see.
As for an insurrection, yes, it was.
The definition of insurrection:
"an act or instance of revolting against civil authority or an established government"
Totally meets the definition. No question about it. It was an insurrection.
We on the left think it's pretty funny where Trump supporters try to draw the line. So now it's
the word 'insurrection.'
Anyone ever stop to think that if this is what you've chosen to take issue with, that it doesn't look very good for Trump?
Not good at all.
He totally belongs in prison.
Trump supporters are quite simply very badly mistaken to believe in him.
I would advise anyone who is still behind him to totally rethink it with a truly open mind - if that is at all possible.
What you'll find is that the Trump presidency was not good for America, that it ended very badly, the story is not over, and the legacy is likely to take a very bad turn as the wheels of justice continue to slowly turn.
