They were overly confident and they lost focus...the game was a mess... and it could have been much worse...
I'm never happy when our teams don't win...but I also prefer when they show respect to our country during the entirety of the games.......kneeling or message t-shirts shows just the opposite...be activists on your own time....
If they make the podium, and they should, protests are still off limits....thankfully.

I'd imagine the gals had a pretty sad day, and took lots of time to reflect...We'll see if they can regroup before Saturday...

taking a knee during the anthem is unpatriotic.......and they were the ones who took the knee.....if you support it, you are as well........go away.....

So you openly admit that because you do not like the form of protest they used, you are going to root for other countries to beat USA - Communist China, Team Putin, North Korea, etc.

I personally think protesting should be done domestically - in the USA. I do not think an international platform should be used to protest domestic American problems.

But even if I do not specifically agree with the choice of manner for this protest, I am never going to root for Team Putin or Communist China to defeat USA
