I grew up in DC. Rode my bike to the Mall on many Saturdays when a kid. Underground metro to L'enfant plaza when older. Georgetown/Wisconsin/ M street later still. Seeing scum desecrate my home pisses me off.

Never lived there but have visited DC several times. Once, for a year, from Triangle, VA in 1979 and then once a year for a week from 1999 to 2010. A few odd visits in there too. I really like the history, the monuments and the museums. My wife has never been and I'd like to take her in early Spring when the Cherry Blossoms are blooming....and the kids are still in school....and it's not 100 fucking degrees with mobs of people. LOL
