98.4% of those who were infected recovered.

World's been using MAbs for the last 20 or 30 years for the immunosuppressed with great success.
The Comirnaty vax is fully FDA authorized upon it's upcoming release. The present Pfizer BioNTech vax is not, as was shown already in the 2 application letters a couple weeks back.
