Ever watch a press conference? Maybe you forgot they existed, since Bush avoided the media like a plague. However, he speaks just fine when he doesn't have the ol' prompter....

He speaks like a robot, no emotion, in a monotone that I just can't stand to listen to..plus he just says the same ole shit over and over again..He really needs to get off the television..people are getting tired of seeing him already..
I also don't appreciate to be preached at by my President..
He stammers and stutters when he doesn't have his teleprompters..but you can make all the excuses for him you want..carry on

It is truly a joke, but it could very well be that their minds are able to comprehend at bush's Southern speed. I always wondered why he and Jeb sound as though they were raised on separate continents. Jeb actually sounds educated.
