MAGA Hat Maniac Attacks Police

That was no insurrection. The government is supposed to be accountable to the people. This is America.

Well, it's YOUR America... a bunch of crazed cultists attacking the Capitol in order to keep a corrupt wannabe-king on the throne. For the rest of us, it's an insurrection.

You haven't seen an insurrection yet. You're shitting your pants over that little rowdy unarmed mob.

It was an unruly mob..to be sure, but that looks like a bunch of people that meant well but went about things the wrong way and then got swept up into a mob.

If they get treated harshly, it's going to have a tyrannical look to it.

Especially after Trump inauguration rioters set fire to cars and smashed store windows and all.

These people didn't do much property damage. No arson.

Having a mob with you is not really unarmed

It is when someone's waiting for you with a gun.

I'll keep a mob back with a 1-shot shotgun, bitch. I know just how to do it because we have.

I know the principles of how to do this.

It wasn't 1 shotgun, it was 3 dudes with sticks vs. a mob of 50.

They might be throwing beer bottles from the back, but ain't nobody steppin' up to catch that big whop with the stick. There's a buffer there.

When they know they're going to get it if they do.

Ah, so you're one of the "in crowd" planning #Insurrection#2In2021?

No, but I'm smart enough to know that if Americans are pushed too hard, it could damn sure happen when they are.

Unlike the tyrannical wanna-bes who assume the populace is as dumb as box of rocks, and I know better than that.

I talk to people all the time, and most people see what's going on.

Yes, we do. But perhaps not in the same way that you do.

You mean not intimately? Oh, you mean see things going on.

Well, most people see things the way I do, maybe not the green-hairs. :dunno:

You can almost always tell how people are if you're observant.

"Bates was also asked Thursday to restrict Klein’s pretrial release to home incarceration after an alleged violation of the terms of that release on May 29. Information about the violation was filed under seal, but, in references to the violation, Bates indicated Klein had consumed alcohol and been unable to return to his home within his curfew.

“What seems to have occurred is, Mr. Klein did something that is wholly inconsistent with the conditions that he is under,” Bates said. “He committed a violation, and it’s a serious violation, because he put himself in the position of not being able to comply with the conditions he himself requested.”

Bates made a controversial decision to grant Klein pretrial release in April, despite finding he had shown an "obvious disregard for the safety of others and the country" and a "demonstrated willingness to use force to advance his personal beliefs.” Klein’s pretrial release conditions included home detention and GPS monitoring, but not a prohibition on consuming alcohol.

Bates denied the request to change those conditions on Thursday, although he admonished Klein that this was likely to be his only second chance.

“If we have to deal with a situation like this again, I fear the results will be different for you,” Bates said.

Bates set a new status hearing for Klein on July 13 at 11:30 a.m. By then, he said, he expected to have a “clearer picture” of whether a plea deal was coming, and also said the government needed to show more progress on resolving discovery."

Trump-appointee Federico Klein offered plea deal in Capitol riot

"A former State Department official under Donald Trump’s administration violated the terms of his pre-trial release by getting “drunk” at his mother’s house, a government official told at a federal judge on Monday.

Charged with assaulting police and other offenses in connection with the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, Federico Guillermo “Freddie” Klein worked in the office of Brazilian and Southern Cone Affairs. He also served in the U.S. military, taking an oath to protect the nation against “all enemies foreign and domestic.”

That was before, according to U.S. Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui, Klein “switched sides” in order to join the pro-Trump mob seeking to prevent the certification of President Joe Biden’s electory victory. The judge ordered Klein jailed pending trial in a ruling this past March.

After the D.C. Circuit issued rulings raising the bar for pre-trial detention. U.S. District Judge John Bates ordered Klein released roughly a month later. Prosecutors asked a different federal judge to revisit that decision on Monday in light of an alleged violation of his terms.

Klein’s lawyer Stanley Edmund Woodward, Jr. said he would “respectfully disagree” with the allegation of pre-trial violation, claiming his client’s pre-trial officer demonstrated “an obvious level of contempt” in their communications.

“I have repeatedly reached out to the pre-trial officer in this case,” Woodward said. “She does not respond to me.”

Woodward claims that his client “has done everything he can to demonstrate his compliance” with pre-trial conditions.

A pre-trial services officer said she could not comment on the allegations of contempt, but she went on to specify the nature of the alleged violations. Klein allegedly was drinking with his mother, and his battery wasn’t charged properly on his GPS monitoring, the officer said.

Judge McFadden warned Klein that could count against him at sentencing, if he is convicted. Klein would be “starting out behind the eight ball,” the judge added."

The September 18th one was a complete bust. Now all the JPP RWNJs are backpedaling and saying that wasn't the plan. The militias are still in hiding...or maybe the MSM is hiding the fact the valiant soldiers of the "Organization" have already taken a few US cities and many elements of the military have joined them.

It's all in the book: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Turner_Diaries#Plot

Agreed. Those fucking morons are living in a fantasy world.

As the convictions and, mostly, plea deals come out, Americans will see the facts as they happen.

Seems like they always plea not guilty and then later change their plea and accept guilt.

Not a lawyer, but I suspect that their own lawyers look at the evidence of the state and them make a recommendation to their client. All of those fuckers who have been arrested were done were caught dead to rights thanks to Trump's command for them to record everything.

:laugh::laugh: That still cracks me up. I❤Irony

Trump told them to record everything???

I thought they were simply proud of what they were doing, felt that they (and they alone) were 'saving the country.'

That whatever they 'had to do' had to be done, it was going to be as historic as the Boston Tea Party, and they would go down in history as the 'special ones' who 'saved America' from the 'horrible' liberals, of course. (Naturally, because Tucker Carlson told them liberals were 'destroying America.')

I really feel sorry for them that they became so misled that they did this and now they screwed up their lives.

And even though they fought like hell but still didn't overturn the election, we still have a country. Imagine that!

And not only do we still have a country, but this country is not happy with them at all, and now they are in deep do-do over the whole thing. OOOPS! (homey done messed up big time)

It was very funny that they did all this, and actually thought they had accomplished their purpose, obstructed Congress, kept Biden from being certified as fully elected, got told to go home by Trump, and then after they left, Congress came right back and went right ahead with their task.

After all that, all they managed to do was delay the certification for a few hours. And Biden became president right on time, without one second of delay on Jan 20th. The first president since President Carter to be sworn in without the outgoing president peacefully handing over power in person.
