Prepare For War: 150 Chinese Planes Enter Airspace, War Plans Underway In Taiwan

Im not familiar if we are embargoing arms. or if we sold them. either way that is top priority

Taiwan Is Arming Itself To Beat A Chinese Invasion. Some New Weapons Are Better Than Others

It needs the drones to spot targets for the 400 Boeing-made Harpoon anti-ship missiles,
and 100 truck-mounted launchers, that the navy is buying for around $2.4 billion, as well as for the Harpoons arming the roughly 200 new and upgraded F-16Vs the air force is acquiring from
U.S. plane-maker Lockheed Martin under an $8 billion deal.

The 2022 budget also includes $360 million for additional weapons—potentially hundreds of them—for the F-16V squadrons, including anti-ship Harpoons plus Standoff Land-Attack Missiles-Expanded Response and radar-seeking High-Speed Anti-Radiation Missiles.

The hundreds of American-made missiles comprise just a portion of Taiwan’s growing arsenal of land-attack and anti-ship cruise missiles. The army, navy and air force already are holding onto around 800 missiles in this class—locally made models, mostly.

The truck-launched Harpoons will grow the missile stockpile to 1,200—the bare minimum Taiwanese officials say they need in order to sink half of a Chinese invasion fleet and thwart an attack on the island. Additional missiles decrease the risk for Taiwanese forces and increase it for the Chinese.

Upgrading six frigates for $1.5 billion, while comforting to those ships’ crews, is largely meaningless in this context.
The six 1990s-vintage Kang Ding frigates, based on the French La Fayette class, are holdovers from a time when the Taiwanese navy outgunned the Chinese navy and stood a chance of defeating an invasion fleet far offshore.

So. Taiwan beats China in a War?

Your theories are massively out of step with what I expect really will look like.

I dont expect that we will have long before history makes its ruling, the CCCP strikes while the iron is hot...which re Taiwan is about now. The fact that the West is dying and that America is now a Clown Country has a lot to do with that.

Anybody suggesting (thinking of Afghanistan) that the US will get involved in a China/Taiwan War?

I actually built (well, planned out the production and supervised) the initial batch of ADU-164E Harpoon missile trailers for them via Pt. Mugu Naval Weapons Test Station CA...

Mine were painted yellow. White is the new yellow.

That wasn't my point. I gave three scenarios by analogy:

Finland: Taiwan manages to repulse the invasion and a bloody stalemate ensues. The US does little to help Taiwan and eventually Taiwan is forced into an unfavorable treaty like Hong Kong.

Czechoslovakia: The US and other major and regional powers force Taiwan to accept induction into communist mainland China in the name of "Peace." China soon wants more.

Poland: China tries to invade Taiwan and a world war breaks out.

I knew what you meant, I was thinking Poland. They should arm everyone capable of shooting responsibly.

he missiles will be flying.planes doing bombing runs or strafing...I have no idea of wargames except it would be the worst since WWII

Ugh, i can't get that vid of hundreds of Viet infantry standing on a sandbar gunned down in seconds by 1 vulcan on a Chinese ship out of my mind.

Taiwan never even bothered to order the right gear if they were serious.

This is Kabuki theater, as the CCCP understands.

U Failed.

So long as the Taiwan Elite act like they did their best then they dont lose face....regardless of what the truth is.

Please do wise up.

Have you forgotten Obama's "apology tour"?

Let us not forget that the WOKE, which is some combo of Maoist and Bolshevik, has zero use for the freedom loving pro democracy Taiwanese.

America is not under the Revolution going to come to the aid of Taiwan.

The CCCP is not stupid...they get it.

"Why Trump cut the deal
When Trump came into office, he was pretty transparent — he just wanted out of Afghanistan. “Trump had no real sense of what was at stake in the war or why to stay,” writes Georgetown professor Paul Miller in a digestible history of the 20-year war."

The "pullout" in Afghanistan was Biden's major clusterfuck, and irrelevant.
Biden won't piss off China, their virus got him elected. So he won't back Taiwan.

Biden is irrelevant....he is almost dead....he does what he is told.

You conservatives are not always this dim are you?

china will fail immediately.

they've already failed.

paper tiger.

They'll turn loose another virus

They killed off how many people
worldwide without firing a shot?

Biden will continue to kiss China's ass
so there's nothing Taiwan can do.
