We only do that when you Reichtards use biased, discredited sources. Like the Daily Mail. Breitbart. Gateway Pundit. Etc. Don't use alt-RW discredited sources and no one will need to refute them.

BTW, the letter is just a letter and does not mean that Bannon cannot be arrested for failure to appear when subpoenaed.

Correct. Hence my assertion he can be arrested for Contempt of Congress. However it is unlikely he will be while there is pending litigation on Executive Privilege going on.

My point was that this action (supposed contempt of congress charges) will not affect his previous pardon, because a pardon is a permanent thing.

Yes. It's far better to forget that a disgraced, corrupt ex-IMPOTUSx2 formented an insurrection that killed five people and injured over a hundred more because he lost the election.

Something tells me that if Hillary had done that, you guys would be parading her head on a pike around DC. Of course, being a far more ethical person, Hillary would have conceded and moved on. You know, like she did in 2016.

Ashli Babbit was one.

Two died of natural causes and another by accidental overdose of amphetamines per the Autopsy report:

And then Sicknick who was sprayed with some nasty bear spray and 2 folks were charged in spraying him with it.

So, of 5 deaths... sort of. She just assumes that means that the crowd somehow killed all those folks, even though the evidence doesn't support that assertion.

So let's assume that no one died -- does that make trying to overturn an election, hang the VP, and vandalizing the Capitol okay because your guy lost the election?
