a use of force witness will tell people, the jury, that you fire until the threat is stopped..........a shot in the back will qualify for that as it has done in many cases of cops on trial for the same thing

An underaged kid who made the choice to travel from his home to another city. An underaged kid who unlawfully carried a gun and went looking for trouble. He was a stupid kid who thought he was Captain America. That's not a defense for what he did. He should have been arrested immediately.
