The first dude he shot threatened to kill him chased him and lunged at his gun. Kyle defended his life with deadly force. The Huber chased him struck him forcefully with a deadly weapon then tried to take Kyle's weapon. Kyle then defended himself with deadly force. Huber should not have attacked an person for defending his own life. One bicep guy drew a loaded Glock on Kyle and got his right bicep vaporized. He is lucky that Kyle didn't squeeze the trigger again after he had stopped the gun man's advance.
