I don't subscribe to your distinction between "fat baby cracker" as racist and "fat white boy" as not.

I'm not particularly interested in his breakdown. If it was spontaneous or if it wasn't, it doesn't matter because the cultist murdered and injured some people and then gloated about it endlessly.

He probably didn't premeditate murder, but that's because he's a child who got washed up in the evil of the alt right and didn't think through the potential consequences of his piss poor decisions. He's guilty.

The judge is helping the kid get away with it. He is a Trumpy ho wants the kid to go free. The prosecutor has not been doing a very good job either.

I think that before the trial started the judge, defense and DA got together to discuss strategy to put on the appearance of a meaningful trial to satisfy the superwoke, antifa and BLM. You’re correct. The prosecution has failed in that respect. But it was a lot to ask of them.

After Kyle had already shot and killed someone. The skateboarder was acting in self-defense. Do you agree that had he been armed with a pistol and simply shot Kyle, then it'd be self-defense?

Personally, I recommend home owners set up sniper positions on their homes to shoot any armed vigilantes murdering people in their streets.
