No, they don't. They are not defying physics, nor do they seem to. Solar wind and black holes do not defy physics, no matter what silly context you wish to put them in.
Please read the full sentence and notice the part where I say "what we understand as" because that is an important part of the sentence. I posted the link on the other thread, but you can go to Wikipedia and look up solar winds, it's not that hard to do. When you start reading about them, you will discover, as ib1 did, that I am correct. We simply don't know and can't explain how the solar winds accelerate.
Back in 1958, this scientist used what we commonly know as physics, to theorize the solar winds were caused by thermal expansion from the corona of the sun. At the time, we thought we knew and understood what caused the acceleration of the solar winds. But science, not being "conclusive" continues to ask questions, and when we began shooting rockets into space, we were able to actually measure the velocity and speed of the solar winds, and low and behold, the math doesn't add up! What science and physics predict should be the case, is not the case! When something doesn't conform to the parameters of physics as we understand them, it is said to be in 'defiance' of those parameters. Such is the case with the solar winds.
Now that is a statement of fact that can't be refuted. It's not to say that solar winds defy physics, just that they seem to defy principles of physics as we commonly understand them. Unless you have some theory involving physics which would explain the acceleration of the solar winds, then physics hasn't explained it. If it hasn't explained and can't explain, it has been defied. Oh I know it rubs you the wrong way to question your faith in science that way, but those are the facts and you've offered absolutely nothing to refute those facts.
