He does this because he knows that DA have very substantial discretionary powers in the criminal justice system when it comes to issues like cash-bail, sentencing and so on. Soros also knows that they are all fools and can be relied upon to cause MORE, not LESS, crime in whatever jurisdiction they are working. (1) $417,000 to help re-elect Kim Foxx in March, 2020, as State's Attorney in Cook County (Chicago).

Actually I've got to tell you a bit about Chesa, because he's a real star when it comes to leftie/Progressive, radical reformist DAs.

Moving on after he was sworn in as DA for San Francisco in 2020 Chesa quickly unleashed a torrent of radical progressive criminal justice reforms.: he eliminated cash bail; did not seek charges for contraband found during "pretextural" traffic stops, stated that he would not charge status enhancements that increase jail sentences, such as gang membership or for having "three strikes", said that there would (effectively be no charge sought for the theft of goods (e.g shop-lifted goods) worth $950 or less. These reforms were largely intended to reduce racial disparities/ inequities in policing and sentencing. IOW to reduce the disproportionate number of Blacks (African-Americans) in prison. So, Chesa succeeded in reducing racial inequity in his prisons, BUT it bit him on the ass. What happened was that he released, or declined to seek charges against so many Blacks, that they thought to themselves: "Goody gum drops, brothers (!) lets go for it" ! And they soon organized themselves into looting squads and started stealing thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from high-end stores and pharmacies. They figured no one's going to try and stop us and if we do get caught, we'll probably just be given a warning and put on probation or told to attend some poxy intervention program (that we wont attend) or some other BS.
Chesa was also pleased to endorse the reforms of his progressive predecessor, DA George Gascon. George Gascon was another "class act" who had made it legal to poop in public in San Francisco. If you felt inclined to "lay a cable" on the sidewalk in front of an up-market boutique like "Chanel", then you could go right ahead - it was all cool. Or, if you were a "pleb" who wanted to message - "Power to the People" - you could piss all over the front display window at a snobby, dress shop like "Angelica Pretty", if you wanted. And not just that, but George made it legal to shoot-up "smack" and "meth" and other deadly, addictive drugs in public (the City even supplies you with free, new syringes). On July the 27th, 2020 Brook shot at his newpew and another person. The Milwaukee County DA's Office charged him with two counts of 2nd degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, and one of being a felon in possession of a firearm. Cash bail was originally set at $10,000, then reduced to $7,500 and ultimately lowered to $500 (!) which Brooks posted on February 21st, 2021.
For his next stunt, Brooks punched his ex-girlfriend in the face with a closed fist and then RAN OVER HER in his red SUV (!) On November 5th, 2021 he was charged (again) with: 2nd degree Recklessly Endangering Safety; Felony Bail-Jumping, Battery; Obstructing An Officer and Disorderly Conduct. Cash bail was set at $1,000 by the court which Brooks posted on November 11th.
Just 10 days later, Brooks deliberately drove his red SUV at speed into a crowd of revellers (all White Americans) who were participating in a Christmas Parade march. Brooks was observed to zig-zag his vehicle as it sped through the crowd seeking to maximize the number of marchers he could mow down. This is a form of terrorism that is relatively unique to Islamic extremists, hence its moniker: "Vehicular Jihad" (recall that Brooks was a member of a militant Islamist-type "religious"/political sect). The result was a bloodbath: 6 people were killed and 68 (including 18 children) seriously or critically injured The sixth person to die was an 8 year-old boy who succombed to his injuries in hospital after 5 or so days struggling to stay alive. In recent years George Soros has funded several leftist/"Progressive candidates in District Attorney races across America. He does this because he knows that DA have very substantial discretionary powers in the criminal justice system when it comes to issues like cash-bail, sentencing and so on. Soros also knows that they are all fools and can be relied upon to cause MORE, not LESS, crime in whatever jurisdiction they are working. Here are some examples of "progressive" DA's that Soros has bank-rolled...
(1) $417,000 to help re-elect Kim Foxx in March, 2020, as State's Attorney in Cook County (Chicago).
(2) $1.95,000,000 for DA Larry Krasners victory in May, 2017, Philadelphia.
(3) $236,000 to DA John Creuzot in Dallas (Texas), who sought to end mass incarceration in 2018.
(4) $958,000 to Joe Gonzales in 2018, San Antonio, Texas.
(5) $625,000 to DA Chesa Boudin appointed 2019, San Francisco, California.
Actually I've got to tell you a bit about Chesa, because he's a real star when it comes to leftie/Progressive, radical reformist DAs.
So, buckle up for a trip into "The Twilight Zone."
Chesa's parents were both members of the notorious "Weather Underground" terrorist gang. They ended up murdering two cops and a security guard during a botched raid. His mother got 20 to life, and his father got 75 to life. So after this Chesa had to be raised by adoptive parents who were - wait for it - also members of the Weather Underground: Bill Ayers and Bernadette Dohrn. Even though he could not read until he was 9 years-old, Chesa somehow managed to be awarded a Rhodes Scholarship (???) and traipsed across the pond in 2003 to study at St Anthony's College in Oxford University (England). Now how the f**k did a kid who was raised by violent, terrorist, Marxist scum, manage to get himself into Oxford University (?) - one of the most revered, exclusive and prestigious Universities in the world. I can tell you one thing I know, the kids who study at Oxford all come from (at the very least) well-off, upper middle - class, conservative English families. There is an interview process involved in the admission procedures for Oxford, and if you tell the senior academic who is interviewing you that your parents and adoptive parents were both crazy, violent, criminal, low-life, then you aint going to score a place in Oxford, dude ! Moving on after he was sworn in as DA for San Francisco in 2020 Chesa quickly unleashed a torrent of radical progressive criminal justice reforms.: he eliminated cash bail; did not seek charges for contraband found during "pretextural" traffic stops, stated that he would not charge status enhancements that increase jail sentences, such as gang membership
or for having "three strikes", said that there would (effectively be no charge sought for the theft of goods (e.g shop-lifted goods) worth $950 or less. These reforms were largely intended to reduce racial disparities/ inequities in policing and sentencing. IOW to reduce the disproportionate number of Blacks (African-Americans) in prison. So, Chesa succeeded in reducing racial inequity in his prisons, BUT it bit him on the ass. What happened was that he released, or declined to seek charges against so many Blacks, that they thought to themselves: "Goody gum drops, brothers (!) lets go for it" ! And they soon organized themselves into looting squads and started stealing thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from high-end stores and pharmacies. They figured no one's going to try and stop us and if we do get caught, we'll probably just be given a warning and put on probation or told to attend some poxy intervention program (that we wont attend) or some other BS.Chesa was also pleased to endorse the reforms of his progressive predecessor, DA George Gascon. George Gascon was another "class act" who had made it legal to poop in public in San Francisco. If you felt inclined to "lay a cable" on the sidewalk in front of an up-market boutique like "Chanel", then you could go right ahead - it was all cool. Or, if you were a "pleb" who wanted to message - "Power to the People" - you could piss all over the front display window at a snobby, dress shop like "Angelica Pretty", if you wanted. And not just that, but George made it legal to shoot-up "smack" and "meth" and other deadly, addictive drugs in public (the City even supplies you with free, new syringes). Oh yeah, (I almost forgot), prostitution was legalised as well. So if you're a "Skanky Hoe" in San Fran you can "hawk your fork" whenever and wherever you like ( Imagine sitting in church and hearing a female voice in the pew behind you whisper in you ear :"Would ya like some bizzniz darlin'? Twenny a suck an' for an extra five I'll swallow ?"
I bet it would even be legal to shag your girlfriend in Walmart - you know - rip off a quick and dirty "knee-trembler" in the fresh yoghurt aisle if you're feeling horny ? (You know what I mean - Right ? As for John Chisholm, he first ran for office as DA (Milwaukee County) in 2007. He campaigned for re-election as DA and won in the general election of 3rd November, 2020. Chisholm was definitely backed by Soros - he is, after all, the "wise", elder leftie progressive, criminal justice reformer in the "new wave" of lunatic lawmen like Chesa Boudin and Co (above) but he will not come clean about any affiliation he has with this Soros. At the same time he has not challeged any of the 100's of journalists who have published articles asserting that he has received funding for political activities from Soros.
DA John Chisolm is like a big, ugly version of AOC, he is a radical, "Progressive, Democrat, SJW who has got s**t for brains. Like Chesa Boudin he is particularly concerned about racial inequity in the criminal justice system. That is, he is appalled by the fact that Blacks (African -Americans) make up about 12% of America's population, but 33% of the US prison population, while, at the same time Whitey (Western European-descended) Americans account for around 64% of of the population of the US, but only 30% of those in prison. Chisholm believes that this INEQUITY ought be rectified. Achieving racial EQUITY means that racial groups like Blacks and Whites in America, for eqample will attain EQUAL OUTCOMES in life, or as Kamala Harris put it in her 2020 election campaign advertisement, "EQUITY MEANS WE ALL END UP AT THE SAME PLACE" (This is a fundamental communist principle, of course, namely, socioeconomic levelling). At present there is a glaring disparity of outcomes in America's criminal justice system because Blacks are 7 times more likely to be incarcerated than Whites, and being in prison is not a desirable life outcome.
Chisholm felt duty-bound to rectify the racial inequity in the criminal justice system (CJS). He believed he could work towards the goal of racial equity in the CJS by using the system's own policies, procedures and processes to decrease the inordinately large NUMBERS of Blacks who were incarcerated (as a progressive reformer he had other goals besides this one, but I want to focus on his idiotic push to rectify racial inequity in the CJS, because it was THIS that resulted in the appalling recent slaughter in Waukesha on 21 November, 2021.
One of the reasons that there are so many Blacks in prison in America, is that they are unable to make cash bail and are therefore put in prison pre-trial. The reason that many cannot afford the cash bail set in their case is that there are long-standing and very substantial wealth disparities between Blacks and Whites in America. In fact, today, in 2021, the TYPICAL White family in the US has 8 times the wealth of the TYPICAL Black family.

Darrell Brooks Jr is a 39 year-old Black (mulatto) who has a 20-year crimal history spanning three states. He is a tattoo-festooned, dreadlocked, ignorant, antisocial grub.Brooks is also a chronic drug abuser, he aparrantly has a penchant for methamphetamine, which may mean his brain is scrambled Brooks also has a distinctive, fundamentalist - style, Islamic beard (I call it "ISIS chic" or "Taliban chic", this because he is a member of a bizarre Islamic-influenced, Black sect called the "Five Percent Nation". The members of the "Nation" are Black nationalists/separatists, Black Supremacists and virulent, anti-White racists who despise America and Christianity. To continue...Brooks is a non-compliant registered sex offender in Nevada and has a rap sheet that is literally over 50 pages long.
On July the 27th, 2020 Brook shot at his newpew and another person. The Milwaukee County DA's Office charged him with two counts of 2nd degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, and one of being a felon in possession of a firearm. Cash bail was originally set at $10,000, then reduced to $7,500 and ultimately lowered to $500 (!) which Brooks posted on February 21st, 2021.
For his next stunt, Brooks punched his ex-girlfriend in the face with a closed fist and then RAN OVER HER in his red SUV (!)
On November 5th, 2021 he was charged (again) with: 2nd degree Recklessly Endangering Safety; Felony Bail-Jumping, Battery; Obstructing An Officer and Disorderly Conduct. Cash bail was set at $1,000 by the court which Brooks posted on November 11th.Just 10 days later, Brooks deliberately drove his red SUV at speed into a crowd of revellers (all White Americans) who were participating in a Christmas Parade march. Brooks was observed to zig-zag his vehicle as it sped through the crowd seeking to maximize the number of marchers he could mow down. This is a form of terrorism that is relatively unique to Islamic extremists, hence its moniker: "Vehicular Jihad" (recall that Brooks was a member of a militant Islamist-type "religious"/political sect). The result was a bloodbath: 6 people were killed and 68 (including 18 children) seriously or critically injured The sixth person to die was an 8 year-old boy who succombed to his injuries in hospital after 5 or so days struggling to stay alive. The mind of any decent human being reels at the horror of this evil atrocity.
The way I see it, DA John Chisholm has blood on his hands. How could be possibly have set Brooks bail at a paultry $1,000 and enable Brooks to venture back onto the streets. Given Brook's extrordinary violent criminal history, his chronic abuse of potent psychostimulent drugs and so on it seems to me, there was clearly no rational justification for setting such a low cash bail. But unfortunately, DA John Chisholm, was one of those arrogant, self-righteous pricks who knew better. Yes, He had a higher moral duty to fulfill, namely acting to progress racial equity in the Milwaukee criminal justice system. For John Chisholm what mattered most was keeping Blacks out of prison, and because the typical Black is quite poor, they would not be able to post cash bail that is set too high. So, even though Brooks was a high-risk felon, he was Black man and he was poor - (and this, BTW, was all a result of the wicked, Whitey Americans deviously developing systemic, institutional and structural racism throughout the entirity of American society, plus the transgenerational trauma that is a legacy of slavery and the brutal predations of the KKK, and, in short, all the rest of the multitude of bad-ass things that the oppressive culture of American Whitey supremacism has inflicted on the Black man !!) - so in the sacred name of RACIAL EQUITY, I , the just and fair, John Chisholm DA, do hereby set a low cash bail in the case this poor, wretched Black man - Darrell Brooks Jr.

Just 10 days later ,however, on Sunday the 21st of November, he plowed his red SUV, at speed through the Christmas Paraders in Waukesha, launching a "vehicular jihad" that suddenly turned a peaceful, happy celebration into a terrifying bloodbath.
Well, when the public found out that Brooks had a 20 - year criminal history across three states that had generated a rap sheet longer than the first five books of the Bible including: non-compliance as a registered sex offender, multiple convictions for assault, battery; shooting at his nephew and an individual nearby, multiple convictions for bail-jumping, driving his red SUV over his ex-girl friend at a gas station

Then they learned this was because a indefensibly low cash bail had been set respecting to the most recent set of criminal charges that had been brought against Brooks by DA John Chisholm's Milwaulkie County Office on the 5th of November. Brooks was able to post the $1,000 cash bail that had been set on the 11th of November and was released.After Brookes perpetrating his massacre on the 21st of November, and was taken into custody, DA John Chisholm knew that the shit would hit the fan BIG TIME. He would (rightly) be held responsible for the fact that Brooks had gone on his murderous rampage after he had posted a cash bail that Blind Freddy could see was far too low So Chisholm promptly announces that the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office will opening an investigation into the the low cash bail that was set for Brookes. But we already know why the bail process allowed the suspect (Brookes) back onto the streets; it was because RACIAL EQUITY DEMANDED IT. It was NOT REDUCING CRIME that demanded it. It was the goal of achieving RACIAL EQUITY - making sure that the Crimal Justice System strived to provide equal OUTCOMES for Black and White Americans with whom it was dealing. For a major league, Progressive Democrat dickhead like John Chisholm, racial equity is a NUMBERS GAME; it's all about reducing the number of Black people who are in prison. We need to reduce the number of poor Blacks in our prisons, because at present there are a DISPROPORTIONATE number of them being locked up relative to Whitey Americans, and it's just not fair !
John Chisholm himself has admitted what the costs of his progressive reforms of policies will be. He was first elected to the position of Milwaukee County District Attorney in 2007. That same year in an interview with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinal he said....
"Is there going to be an individual I divert or I put into a treatment program who's going to go out and kill somebody? You bet. Guaranteed. It's guaranteed to happen, but it does not invalidate the overall approach.".
The latest news re John Chisholm is that he is blaming the tragedy at Waukesha on his female Assistant District Attorny.
