I personally support Roe v Wade. I dont think it's very good law,
but stare decisis carries a lot of weight especially when restricting rights ( enumerated or implied)

I also think it's stoopid politics for the RW to get into -we have momentous issues to stop the Progressives-
i see no upside in making this a campaign issue

Special pleading fallacy. None of these example of discarding the Constitution utterly destroys the Constitution itself. Congress has authority to pass the PLCAA law. It conforms with the 2nd amendment.

There is no federal law to be supreme in this case. The Constitution supersedes any federal or state law and prohibits unlawful restrictions of gun ownership or unlawful state restrictions on abortion. Supremacy clause does not apply.

No, but little by little rogue states like California, Portland , King County, NYC, etc. pay no attention to the Constitution. It’s become meaningless to a few of those republics and when they get away with it, it’s meaningless overall.

Gun rights are enumerated in the Constitution and core founding principles. Abortion, and incidently women's rights as a whole, are NOT. it won't work.
