When the body is infected, say with a virus, it responds by producing white blood cells called lymphocytes. The main types are B cells, which make antibodies, and T cells, which either support B cell antibody production or act as killer cells to destroy the virus.
Some T cells and B cells also become long-lasting memory cells that know what to do if they meet the same infection again.
B cells and T cells “see" the virus in different ways. Generally speaking, B cells recognise shapes on the outside of the virus, creating antibodies that will lock on to those (a bit like two jigsaw pieces that match).

Research has shown that generating broadly reactive T cells that recognise a range of viral features is associated with a strong response against the disease. Generating good amounts of broadly reactive killer T cells in particular seems to make Covid less severe.
Conversely, a poor T cell response is associated with worse outcomes for patients. Indeed, some people who have had severe Covid have been found to have persistent defects in their T cell response.
A common feature of many of the studies demonstrating the effectiveness of T cells in Covid is the need for a wide breadth of response – having T cells (and B cells) that recognise multiple features of the virus. It’s thought that this could be the key to experiencing milder disease.
This breadth might even extend beyond this coronavirus specifically. The Covid virus is a betacoronavirus, and there are several betacoronaviruses that already infect us, including ones that cause the common cold.
Shared features between these cold-causing viruses and Covid may mean that T cells we already had against the cold are protecting us against Covid now. Evidence for this in both adults and children is being uncovered.
What does this mean for vaccines?

So for 20 months, Anatta said Natural Immunity was indefinite and that "there's no need for someone to get a vaccine if they've already caught COVID"
Now he's saying that it lasts 6 months, but that's not what he said in 2020 or 2021.
So how come for 20 months, you were telling people on JPP and elsewhere not to bother with a vaccination or masks or anything because of "natural immunity".
BTW - the same CDC said 1/3 of those infected with COVID already have no natural immunities from it.

Actually, this article doesn't say this. It the CDC (and the SOTC) are simply stating cloth masks are useless and to use 'surgical grade' N95 masks.
Surgeons don't use N95 masks. They use Class 1 medical masks, which have larger pores (part of that standard) and a moisture barrier to block blood spatters during surgery. Surgeons also usually wear glasses to protect the eyes.
N95 masks are dust masks. Useful for removing asbestos, working with fiberglass insulation, sanding work, etc.
Both masks are utterly useless against viruses.

Most rhinoviruses, influenza viruses, and all known SARS/Covid viruses are airborne viruses. They just float around in the air and stick to any surface.
Others can be spread by contact with body fluids of a host, such as HIV or polio.
Others can be transmitted through drinking water, such as hepatitus or rotovirus.
Others can be transmitted through contaminated food, such as hepatitus norovirus, or listeria.
Covid19 is an airborne virus. It's in the air everywhere and on any surface.
For any respiratory viruses, including rhinovirus series (the 'common cold'), or influenza series (the flu), or SARS/Covid series viruses (including covid19), pneumonia may be induced, particularly in older people and/or compromised lung capacity (such as smokers).
Airborne viruses are not stopped by masks, plastic barriers, nor six feet.
