Libertarian Magic Fairy Dust

All I did was take some money that otherwise might have been spent in Vegas and placed it on this after reading a compelling argument for WaMu. The more I read, the more I think WaMu is going to come away with a settlement. Just my opinion.

Disclaimer: For anyone reading this, despite my beliefs this stock should still be treated as a hero or zero. Meaning you have to understand if a settlement is not reached your money will be gone. The risk is very very high for any bankrupt companies stock. Due your DD and decide for yourselves. But I strongly recommend you do not invest a large portion of your assets into this stock. Mine is less than 1% of my portfolio....and I am very very positive on the stock.... I will not put more in... that should tell you how risky it is.

Do you go to Vegas a lot? My friends want me to go down in November. I haven't been there in years. I'm not a big gambler, but I've always had good luck when I do go to casinos, which is rarely. I won in AC this weekend. I paid for our trip, including expenses, and came home with a couple hundred extra. I just am really lucky, it's weird. I did not care for the Taj Mahal though. Very overrated. I spent most of my time down the boardwalk at Caeser's, which had a much more Vegas-y feel, and a great beach bar. I went back to the Taj to meet up with everyone at dinner time, and they did have a fabulous Italian place - Il Mulino- which did an incredible wild mushroom risotto.

But I'm in no rush to go back. I'm not sure about Vegas in the fall either. My bf came with me because I had to go to a wedding, but he is sooo not vegas or ac, it's not even funny. He stayed in the room and read during the days. It was pretty funny, but that's why we get a long so well - we each do our own thing and then meet up at night.

Do you lose a lot of money in Vegas? I bet they see you coming, am I right?

I usually go once a year to Vegas. As for winning/losing... depends on what I play and how I play it. When I play in tournaments, it is about 30/70 coming away with money or not. When I play against the house it is usually craps or blackjack and normally I end up drinking way too much. Amazing how many times I started the evening up only to give it all back... and then some.

When I play cash hold-em/poker games I usually end up winning.... But I also rarely drink when doing so. I wonder if there is a correlation?

Yep I'd say so! But it's still a lot funner to do drunk.

To be honest I read a few of those post hoping to put some small change in.
I got lost, lost interest and really didn't understand a lot of the legal issues.

I've been to Vegas 3X and prob never gamble more than $50 each time. We like to site see all the Casino and hit the bars and comedy clubs. Saw Frank Mir last time.
Also wife drug me hiking up that Mt just northwest of their.
Question 120 lbs vs 175LBs who's getting up the hill easier??

LMAO... that is what I tell my friends when biking. 110 pounds is going to exert a LOT less power than 200 pounds getting up the incline. Assuming of course both people are in shape. 120 pounds is not going to move as fast as 175 if the 120 never works out and the 175 does. If both are in shape, the 120 should be able to move faster/ exert less energy.

We are hiking some 14er's this weekend with some flatlander/sea level friends. Should be entertaining.

Why??

Is Novermber going to be a slow month, or are they planning on having an extra couple of quarters??

LOL. did everybody catch that? That's his 50th reference to my being a cheap hooker over the past week.

Damo thinks it's totally fine for women posting on his board to be followed around by old men and sexually harrassed.

It's free speech, dontcha know.

Of course, I've actually donated money to Damo a couple of times, because I appreciate the board, and intended to donate more down the road. So who's stupid, me or him?

Maybe he can get it from Freedom the rent a mall cop.

I used to cycle alot before getting married up to 55miles, after 2yrs of no cycling foot hills in Smokey mts kick my ass like I was clay akin.

Darla, you should properly laugh in there face. These kind of stalkers (read the republican that shot up the excersise class) are not to be taken seriously. Anybody who has a woman or has ever had one doesn't need to slime that low.
I think it's desparation is comical.

That is what the ignore button is for. You are your own censor. Those who bother you to that extent are easy to ignore.

And yet you think it's OK for old women, like yourself, to open their pie holes and spew what ever they wish; without any saying anything about it.

But you could send him just a percentage of all the quarters you earn and I'm sure he would be able to expand the board.

Then everyone would know that it came from Darla, the low rent mattress back.
