Here's a video from Pelosi at a anti-war townhall meeting in 2006 in San Francisco. My point is not to say Pelosi has a double standard or is a hypocrite. It's more that I think most of us while having some principle will also say one thing at one time when it suits us well and something else at another time when it suits us well.

There are plenty of calls of 'liberal hypocricy' or 'conservative hypocricy' and they're usually both right. Who isn't a hypocrite at some point though?

Alright, I'll shut up now. Never to early to prep for Friday's Happy Hour.

Edit: Nevermind I already know. Any (even perceived) Republican hypocricy, of which there is plenty, dude jumps all over. Anything that even sniffs of the same on the Democratic side and dude tries to change the subject quicker than an old school Allen Iverson cross over dribble. Transparent would be an understatement.

What has she done to earn our respect? She didn't impeach Bush, so to me, she stinks!

The right seems to think the left marches in lockstep like most of them do.
We are a far more disorganized bunch than the right is. Which is a weakness politically, but a strength for America.

Here now is a perfect example of a right leaning poster who is also very religious getting along with an atheist left leaner.
It is all about respect and attitude folks.

I would be proud to have Leaning visit me at any time.
heck I would even put up with some preaching and cheerfully decline.

How is the garden leaning? My summer squash is kaput. Corn is in the freezer, and taters need digging.
Pretty much down to carrots, peppers, tomatoes and beans now.
Not sure if the carrots are going to make anything or not.

Garden did great this year. Bushels of tomatoes all canned up with the green beans, potatoes and onions into vegetable soup. Squash still bearing some and okra going crazy. Been a good Summer.

Canning as veggie soup? I had not thought of that, good idea thanks.
I have about 6 dozen pints of green beans canned and maybe 4 dozen quarts and the beans are still going fine.

Man, you can say that again, it really is frustrating at times to me, but it is what makes America great. I wish they could come together just long enough to get a health care bill passed that will help America.

If we can fight in two countries, we can give Americans health care.

That is all.

I also registered as a Libertarian, seems the Dems and Reps are trying to get the party off the ballot! That just can't happen, so I have finally a Party member!!! Damn, I don't know why they would want me, but I am their's now!

Thanks for the words of encouragement, I am frustrated, and I was once a Republican, and I will be on your side of the isle anytime you like, cawacko, we just see things from a different slant, mine being closer to the gut level!
