Two can play at this ridiculous game. If you killed off most of the conservatives there would be no one to man the army and you would be forced to learn to speak Farsi.

Liberals can become pretty damn mean when directly threatened, we just don't like to shed blood for nation building! I would not be speaking Farsi.

Oh I don't think nation-building is a legitimate reason to be shedding American blood either. I just hate it when Cypress takes these ridiculous tangents and I like to respond in kind.

I think Afghanistan was justified and I hold to that. Other than that, it's really few and far between. Depending on your view of how essential the Cold War was you could argue for Korea. I think pretty much everyone agrees at this point that Vietnam was a waste. Desert Storm I was unneccessary by traditional standards, but we did it basically to uphold international order.

Depending on your definition, I think the only "justified" war since WW2 was probably Afghanistan, and we should have been gone from there by now.

Yeah afganistan, but as a short asskicking of the responsible parties and pull out.

I see some reasonableness in gulf war 1 as well. Even though we contributed to the cause for it.
