Every big car manufacturer is building EVs now and even new EV carmakers like Nio & Lucid are coming to market.
Look at all the power tools that are now electric. Does anybody still use a gas-powered lawn mower or chain saw? Why?

Methinks I'm not waiting hours to get an EV recharged. Methinks I won't even wait 15 or 25 minutes.

There's about an 8-10 month wait to buy a Tesla now. Whoever heard of such a thing? EVs are popular as hell. Even the used EVs are getting top dollar. It's getting to the point where everyone in America knows at least one person who owns/drives an EV. That's huge.
When you see your neighbor driving his Tesla every day and recharging it in his garage, it gives the new technology more credence.
Just look at the commercials on TV and online. Car manufacturers are advertising their EVs, not their gas cars. EVs are here to stay.
I still don't understand the disdain the far right MAGAs have with EVs. Every one of their complaints have been shot full of holes.

The people arguing that green can never work were also saying computers would never have a practical personal application.
