First Jan. 6 Jury Convicts Insurrectionist

Hello Dutch,

Wow. That's some good reading, there. I got into it for a while and realized I am going to have to come back to it.

It's very devious, the way radicalism spreads.

It is important for people to understand that we should all identify as Americans and as humans on planet Earth. All other people are our fellow citizens and inhabitants. (It's just that some of them, you can't talk to or interface with because they are not receptive.) When looking out across America, it is important to see a fantastic country, full of life, with ample opportunity. See the good. Recognize the good. Deal with the bad, try to turn it to good. We are all connected by this great country. Individuals should ask what contribution they can make to America.

Most Americans want what is best for America, it's just that some of them rarely consider what that actually is, and how it might not always benefit themselves immediately. Everybody wants instant gratification.

Some individuals are unable to visualize these macro concepts. They are far too susceptible to peer pressure. They just need to expand their we/they thinking into the 'we' being all Americans, with all the diverse views included.

Good views or positions are ones that benefit the most Americans and preserve the best future. Positions which only benefit a few, and are not forward-looking, are not beneficial. Racism and supremacy are not good!

Too many people are only thinking of themselves. Selfishness does not build a lasting country.

It's pretty deep reading. IMO, it mostly boils down to people being susceptible to such ideas due to low intelligence, poor education or mental issues.

A normal person is unlikely to be radicalized by the likes of Charlie Manson. A normal person is more likely to report someone like him rather than idolize him like the people who are attracted to cults.

I would prefer Charlie as President over Trump!

So you agree that if I see someone on the streets who is a scumbag then I can shoot them down? Do I have to provoke them first by strutting around like a big, tough militia man or may I just assume they're pedos by their looks?

FWIW, I do truly believe in shooting down all fucking scumbags, traitors and others who seek to do harm to innocent Americans. Shooting them in the back is fine with me. Hanging too. It's usually best to let the law handle it, but after Rittenhouse, street justice is okay too.

You move toward me with a handgun junior and yes I will put you in a body bag

Manson used similar techniques to control his followers. He added drugs to the mix. He read people well and knew how to reach them in a specific way. He sensed which ones were vulnerable and offered them a "home. It was a band of people who were in agreement that Manson was a great leader and they wanted to please him. whatever he said was right and they would not question what he said or told them to do.

Chuck played jail house games on drugged out kids!

so you support Kyle's actions, see how easy that was

So you support Lt. Michael Byrd's actions. See how easy that was?

Yes, I support the right of everyone to self-defense. Each of these people are the aggressors at some point and could have been shot by a sniper with the means and will:

FWIW, the story of Kyle, his militia and the events that night are not over yet. Stay tuned! :)

Democrats and their theories and ifs, if only Democrats believed in the constitution, yes Rittenhouse is over except for the checks he will collect from various media outlets

Agreed. So was going armed into Congress to alter an election and threatening his 18 year old son and 16 year old daughter with "traitors get shot."

How many years do you think the murderous traitor should get? I'm thinking he'll do at least 10-15, maybe 20, out of the potential 60 years.

he didnt murder anyone and there are no charges files for treason.

Cute. First the Reichwingers' story was "If it's sedition, why isn't anyone being charged with sedition?" Now that some *have* been charged with sedition, the goalposts have been changed to "It's not insurrection."

I noted that there was some sort of talk about conspiracy but no sedition. Sidition would presumably be the actual crime of an insurrectionist as I understand it.

It’s seditious conspiracy with which they are being charged.

Its seditious conspiracy because the sedition was not completed.

yes, a made up term to try and justify the narrative.
