Well, as inarticulate as TDAK is, he has a point here. Diversity is divisive. No society lasts long when the people in it have little or nothing in common. You can leave race out of that entirely, and diversity will still destroy a society. Language, cultural touchstones, social expectations, ethics, and a plethora of other things makes a society work. If you allow a diversity of those things into society it will drag it down.

For example, in India there's a polyglot of languages spoken. The language of government and business is English because it avoids the cultural issues that arise from long held animosities among different ethnic groups. If you share little or nothing in common with your neighbors, you don't have a society anymore. Worse is, when government starts telling you you must accept all sorts of cultural differences in the name of diversity or else. That just destroys a nation.
