It's what the British call AIDS.

More ignorance. AIDS was first diagnosed in the USA in Haitian immigrants who were neither homosexual or intravenous drug users.

Actually I was mistaken in that comment. AIDS in the USA was fisrt, in general diagnosed in 1981 in Gay men. It was then diagnosed in 1982 among Haitian immigrants and haemophiliacs.
