The crime was not commited because the guy was white.

The crime was commited because she is batshitcrazy and off her meds.

He was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
 
She may have a lawyer who gets her to plead NGRI (insanity defense), and her psychiatric history and the fact that she was supposed to be on antipsychotic medication may support that to an extent. Unfortunately, like many schizophrenics (I'm assuming that because of some of the things she said about the victim), her compliance with the medication regimen was poor at best.

On the other hand, she went to some trouble to get rid of the body and to conceal her involvement, which suggests in law that she was aware that what she had done was wrong. This would mitigate against the NGRI defense substantially.

I was thinking the same thing, Thorn. The attempt to destroy or hide the body shows she knew she did wrong. And that, I believe, is the determining factor.

The guy did not deserve his fate but he should have been more cautious.

Men are ust going to have to realize that women are not harmless and need to use caution much like women have ALWAYS had to.

IMO, if she knew she was supposed to be taking anti-psychotic meds and would have been under control otherwise then she is directly responsible for the death of anybody that she kills. Insanity may be a reason she did what she did, but she had another option and knew she was a danger.

She had to have killed him because he was white or because she hated the handicapped.
