Again. It was mentioned before. They have recourse after the fact, but my thugs could not be personally sued for it. You can sue if you were black and it was done for that reason, but in reality it is not something that you can be arrested for, nor is it really salient to this thread. And I probably didn't read the whole of the question.

It wouldn't be wise to do it for that reason, but they still can without breaking criminal law.

STY is right about one thing, this is a Federal Agency, they aren't the same thing as thugs I hire to enforce rules set on my property, even if I give them permission they still have certain rules to abide by because they are a government entity. Now, is there a threat from a phone? If there is, why did they allow them in the soup kitchen she stopped by to work for a few minutes in?

I can't speak for everyone, and I hate Imus, so it wouldn't even be fair for me to comment, lol

But I don't remember any right wing people defending them as a matter of fact I was waiting to see him get fired, this wasn't his first racial problem
