F*ck, am I really agreeing with Desh here? She's right, if you own property you have control and can tell people to leave if you choose. Of course if its because your black and you tell a Latino to leave because you don't like Latino's well the Latino has the right to sue and you can get you *ss kicked in court. But most places have signs that say 'we reserve the right to not serve anyone' or something to that extent.

That's a bunch of hogwash, the owners of bars are often on the premises when they legally have bouncers remove drunks, etc.

You bet. If you walk into my bar/restaurant I have the authority to have you removed. If I have bouncers they can frisk you, or you can go somewhere else. If I have rules that you cannot bring cameras into my "strip joint" you can either hand over the phone or you can go somewhere else, but you will be removed from my bar/restaurant or you will give me the phone. If I give that authority to bouncers to do it for me it is still legal, if I give authority for the SS to do it, it is still legal.

i ask again, can SS agents act outside of their assigned duties as security for the first lady to enforce the rules or wishes of a burger joint owner? If so, please cite to authority.

True. The owners have that right. But Desh is asserting that the owners made that clear to patrons prior to having their phones taken away. There was nothing in that article to suggest that was true (or not).

There is nothing wrong with having a burger once in awhile.

Its OK to have some candy on Halloween and to sit arround and play video games.

But I do agree with ya evince, kids are kids, they aren't into the politics and they deserve normalcy once in a while, but hopefully we all feel that way towards all kids

I thought Palins underage kids were cute.

I love that picture of the 10 year old holding her tiney brother at a speach and licking her hand and pressing down his hair.

I never said anything bad about any of them.

I do however think it is perfectly reasonable to point out that her daughter got pregnant because she was not preperly suppervised arround a young man and that if the parents had given her the proper attention and or birth control she would be in a better place in her life.

I guess they should have done it the George Bush way and cleared the block and put up concrete barriers!
 
They seem to think that SS is only doing this under Obama.

Just like whining when he takes a vaction or uses airforce one.


They hate that a black family has this public protection.
