Civil, the key word is Civil. You get sued and such but not jailed.

When I lived in Tampa there was a case where a chinese restaruant owner had a cop kick out an impaired customer with a guide dog.
Neither the owner nor the cop got jail time. I personally think the cop shuld have been fired but it was a Republican town I guess because he was not fired.

Yes I do.
I am more conservative in my practices than GWB that you supported.

I do allow others the right to do what they want though as long as it does not neg impact others. Somewhat libertarian in that respect.

what practices? I voted for W based on policy issues not his personal issues. You have over 50,000 posts on this board. Probably 40,000 are anti-Republican. Yet you feel somehow you are labeled or mischaracterized as a Democrat or Liberal?
