The remora of JPP
DC is perfect. It is also a Sanctuary city.
So you mean they'll be happy?

Epic fail.
DC is perfect. It is also a Sanctuary city.
show any federal, or texas, court case that clearly defines that a person has a right against that........................
this is what I keep trying to tell you morons about the law..........it's a system of injustice that's been hijacked to keep people like you and I under their foot. According to todays government, YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS OTHER THAN WHAT THEY SAY YOU HAVE!!!!!!!!!!!
I will not be holding my breath for you to find that case that clearly defines that right.
I know it better than most of you morons here. For the idiots here who think federal law supercedes state law, read the 10th Amendment.
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
So it's illegal for a TX vehicle to carry passengers outside of TX? I don't see where you're trying to go with this.![]()
Wow...
Hmmm....
Ever hear of habeas corpus?
Do you really need me to list the numerous cases?
you might be right on that. so they can be transported out of texas, at any point they can get off the bus in the middle of nowhere . I bet they wont
The funny thing is, the 10th amendment doesn't amend Article VI
It seems you are the moron here. The Constitution clearly states that Federal laws are supreme over state laws and judges in states are required to put federal law over state law in any rulings.
They can't be transported out of the state against their will unless a court has adjudicated that they can be sent out of the state. Then the court ruling is subject to appeal. Transporting someone across a state line against their will without a court order would be kidnapping under Federal law. That is why extradition proceedings and a court ruling are required if someone refuses to leave a state and be transported back to another state for a criminal proceeding.
It is illegal for anyone to carry passengers across state lines against their will. That would be considered kidnapping under Federal law.
You're really reaching here. These people are breaking US and state laws, so the state of TX can transport them to Mexico, DC, or prison. Take your pick.![]()
Texas has ICE, dumbass.
and-?
Texas has ICE, dumbass.
Too bad Brandon shut them down, dumbass.
And send them there. Saves money.
Texas is well within their rights to detain them and ship them to Washington D.C.
So who will pay for the trips? It's a two to three day trip with multiple stops and lodgings.
The state of Texas. That's a given, and-?
Oh boy we have another retard here.
I don't feel sorry for you being that way.
