Considering the money that E-Harmony, LavaLife and other dating sites pull in I recommend an interracial dating site set up by the government. Free to all citizens and advertizers would more than cover the cost.

One would only be able to contact prospective partners of a different color. Imagine dating and knowing you're being a good citizen, all at the same time.
