the truth is, the nine justices still have to vote to determine which drafted decision will be the majority opinion.......there's probably a competing drafted opinion deciding the opposite......
This effects a small percentage of the population - women of child bearing age and I suspect mostly single women.
I’d think most married couples are happy to have kids.
It also has no effect on the economy, the border, crime or foreign policy.
BUT it would be a major victory for state’s rights, which IMO is far more important.
So there is no opinion yet. What’s the brouhaha about?

States' right about slavery and secession was decided by the Civil War. It had nothing to do with abortion issues.
