SCOTUS opinion leaked: Roe v Wade

So a woman has NEVER EVER lied about that?

Well duh, that's the point. The man should protect himself first, same for the woman. He should not automatically believe she's actually on the pill, and she should not automatically believe he had a vasectomy or a super low sperm count.

They had the choice to USE A CONDOM before engaging in sex. My position is that both parties use BC each and every time if children aren't wanted. Men aren't allowed to whine "she said she was on the pill."

How bout if a woman does not want to chance getting pregnant....NO SEX with the drummer!... Works 100% of the time

I agree, I support the use of birth control for those without the will power to abstain from sex outside of marriage, if they fail to do that then they should either care for the child or put it up for adoption what they don't get to do is use the murder of babies as birth control after inception.

:nono:

I asked you first.

You're losing track of the convo, leggiecrite. I already said the string guy's "ho" comment was misogynistic.

Again, I don't open questionable links.

I want actual facts, not what you think is a fact.

THIS contains facts because it's an actual study, not propaganda that swindles the moronic:

Only two sex forms but multiple gender variants: How to explain?
Are sex and gender interchangeable terms? In classical biology, both are sometimes but not always used on an equal basis for some groups of animals. However, for our own species the Homo sapiens, they are not. A major question is why are there only two types of gametes (sperm- and egg cells), two types of sex steroids, (androgens and estrogens in vertebrates, and two types of ecdysteroids in insects), while the reproduction-related behaviour of the gamete producers displays a much greater variability than just two prominent forms, namely heterosexual males and heterosexual females? It indicates that in addition to a few sex-determining genes ( = the first pillar), other factors play a role. A second possible pillar is the still poorly understood cognitive memory system in which electrical phenomena and its association with the plasma membrane membrane-cytoskeletal complex of cells play a major role (learning, imitation and imprinting). This paper advances a third pillar, that hitherto has been almost completely ignored, namely the cellular Ca2+-homeostasis system, more specifically its sex-specific differences. Differential male-female genetics- and hormone-based Ca2+-homeostasis with effects on gender-related processes has been named Calcigender before. It will be argued that it follows from the principles of Ca2+- physiology and homeostasis that all individuals of a sexually reproducing animal population have a personalized gender behaviour. Thus, subdividing gender-behaviours in hetero-, homo-, bi-, trans- etc. which all result from a differential use of the very same basic physiological principles, is too primitive a system that may yield false sociological interpretations.

Lol postmodernist fashionable nonsense, check the footnotes, this hack cites himself and wikipedia 23 times and it's not peer reviewed, shocker. That this bullshit is on a .gov website is only proof that we should never trust "the science" blindly.

And here's his insane conclusion:

"there are probably as many different gender variants as there are sexually reproducing individuals,"

Wow, so we're talking billions upon billions of genders, Jesus Christ are you serious?

She was not putting herself on the line for a violent death anymore than Julian Cadman was (actually his parents.)

So you say. The videos of the riot tell another tale.

Little Julian's parents were in Barcelona to attend a family wedding. He was with his mother on Las Ramblas when a van driven by a Muslim mass murderer plowed through the crowd killing 13 and injuring 120.

But you knew that.

Tell me, do you think a man has the right to ask a woman before sex if she's on the pill? How about he just takes responsibility for himself and wraps it up?
he should ask. he should offer to wear a condom if she says no (assuming this is a 1 night stand)

theer is also the day after pill

Thats right they did...and if they decide not to use BC..sorry cant use murder/abortion after the fact as your BC

You had the chance to use BC and decided not to...now face the responsibility that choice produced

why would a woman lie?
and again there is the day after pill
Condoms are tolerable - id rather not but they are a choice as well.

PS I see no reason to overturn Roe v Wade.

That's where we differ. You're saying he's good to go if the woman says she's on the pill. I say neither party should take anything for granted; if it's a one-night stand always carry some form of BC and use it, no matter what the other person says. Besides, for one-night stands both should want to prevent STDs in addition to pregnancy.
