My leaker prediction - someone on Thomas's staff

LOL. This is like watching a game of Werewolf... Folks pretending they "know" who a wolf is then voting to get rid of someone that turns out was a villager.

Anyway... Thomas's "crazy wife" would have leaked more than just this decision over the time he's been there if she was the source. I do not believe you are right about whether she is crazy and leaked it, or that someone in his staff was the leak. It is far more likely someone newly around SCOTUS decisions decided to leak it for their own purposes. Of course they didn't leak a more recent version, probably because later versions don't sound like it at all and may not even overturn the two cases (Roe and Casey, not just Roe) entirely.
 
I have noticed on this board that it happens constantly now that things are done or almost certainly done by the WOKE, by the Revolution, are blamed on enemies of the Revolution or R's, using very convoluted logic and lies.

This is called throwing sand or muddying the waters, the motive is malfeasance.

The new Republican Congress is not going to impeach/convict Thomas.

Some guy on NewsMax said it is the new liberal female justice that leaked the draft. Apparently, he does not realize she has not yet been sworn in.

Kelo v. New London. Eminent Domain case. I think I remember one of the justices home addresses given out so that folks could condemn their house for tax purposes... something like that... man that was a loooong time ago. Let's see if we can find a story on it.

Why would they have access to a draft decision from months before she was nominated? Why would they have access to draft decisions at all at this time? She isn't even part of the SCOTUS yet.
