The shooter was born in North Dakota to two parents born in the USA. All his grandparents are in the USA legally. I very much doubt he has ever been to San Salvador.



He worked at Wendy's for two years, saving most of his money. His grandmother supported him, so he had low living expenses.



The bigger problem was getting him once he had barricaded himself in. A steel door would have made it harder to get him.



The shooter was not El Salvadorian, and was not transgender.

No need to get him. He'll most likely just shoot himself, being deprived of targets.
